Implementing Arrangements

Article 37: Implementation

     All state organizations, including state enterprises, shall strictly implement these Implementing Rules and Regulations. The Ministry of Finance, Procurement Monitoring Office is authorized to propagate these Implementing Rules and Regulations to fulfill the objectives and to carry out the provisions of the Decree 03/PM dated 9 January 2004. The charter, composition, role and authority of the Procurement Monitoring Office shall be defined and issued officially by the Ministry of Finance.
 

Article 38: Amendment or Change

     These Implementing Rules and Regulations may be amended by the Minister of Finance in response to requests from Ministries and line agencies on the advice of the Procurement Monitoring Office.
 

Article 39: Effectiveness

     These Implementing Rules and Regulations replace Regulation 1639/MOF dated 22 December 1998 and are effective from the date they are signed.
